SB361 (Passed)

Relating to domestic dogs; to clarify existing standards for the care of domestic dogs kept outdoors, including definitions relating to shelter, food, water, tethering, and confinement; to provide guidance for animal control officers and law enforcement in enforcing these standards; and to provide penalties for violations.
